A celebration to celebrate 26 years of celebrating the Arts In Uxbridge, this years Gala presents two performances sure to entertain in Song and Dance

A performance of "Variations in Love" - You might ask what a sheep farmer has to do with a Celebration Of The Arts but when you add a gymnast and a figure skater you have the co-artistic directors of MotusO, who have been working together since 1990. MotusO explores the dramatic and relishes the physical with a touch of humour. Physical inventevness, lighting action, grace and raw energy are all trademarks of their evolving style. Here is a sampling of their works 15 years of MotusO. Tannis Slimmon has appeared on numerous albums, contributing songs or singing in harmony. Slimmon is a Canadian Folk Music Awards' contempoary vocalist of the year award winner. She will sing and play guitar accompanied by Lewis Melville. Uxbridge Music Hall |
